Change Your World Penang

hey everyone, this weekend, the Change Your World team had a blast in Penang! Specifically at the Dewan Sri Pinang!

Over 400 young people gathered here and were inspired through songs, words and even real life stories. I was involved as one of the dancers and gets to see everything through the backstage with the people making it happened and also at the front with the crowd when i'm not performing. The pastors came together and commit the event to the Lord and remind themselves that God is the One that gave them this vision and call to make a change.

Young as they were, they brought so much food for the community and even sow generously to the offering for CYW Ipoh to encourage another city to change their world. and today, in fact, at this moment, a group of them is now taking actions in the venture, serving the community, cleaning and painting the orphanage!
i'm only going to give you a glimpse of the event but for more, you need to stalk the CYW website and the CYW blog!

Pastor Timothy's birthday surprise

this morning, the office staffs and ps shawn, mark n carolyn, gathered at Papa Rich to surprise Pastor Tim. We asked Teresa to invite him for breakfast date without telling him we would be there. hahhah... when he arrive, he was shocked to see all of us gathered there and then when we started singing happy birthday there, his face turned red. hahahah...

kindy concert

last Saturday, Tadika Anak Riang had their year end finale concert at our hall. i didnt had the chance to stay downstairs for the concert as i had dance practice but then i took a couple of shots of the children while they were holding upstairs. sooooo cute in the little mortar board! hahahah...

the kids in their cutie costumes running wild impatiently waiting for their performance time! hahaha..

Discovering God with Eaglepoint!

this season, we decided to feed all the snl and chinese church with mooncakes and of course the first time visitors!

i took the opportunity thank various people for serving together in the church. if you've received one of these, a big thank you from eaglepoint! (and from all the staffs, thank you for sharing the burden! we are most grateful.. hahaha)

prettie weddings

last week, i was at Dawson & Pei Sen's wedding. I've to apologise that i was too busy running around that i forgot to even take a single shot of pic of the prettie wedding!

so, this week, i make sure i remember to take some pics for the blog - Sam & Caryn's wedding.
this is really one of the prettiest wedding i've been too. ooo... i do love weddings and the prettie-ness or everything...



i think if i'm not wrwong, caryn did all the stones for favors, she did so many that there enough to line the aisle to walk down the garden. i heard she designed the card, the program sheet, the posters, and i suspect more than i know...
and of course the surprise of the night was the newly wedded couple walking in singing to the karaoke song of 'xuan je' ('our choice' and old song sang by sally yip and george lam). and that gorgeous gown!

us being us, we wouldnt have missed the chance posing..... especially since we were there early with nothing to do cos the setup team was not there to setup yet!



all in all, 2 weddings in a row. break one week for me to we and then there is another wedding coming up in our premise. update you later!
