let me share a little about how great is my god.
i forgot about coming out with the point. things happen and it just slipped my mind.. by the time i remember about it, it was soooo last min and sooo rush that i knew none of my usual designers can come out with the cover design for me - not matter how i beg them cos i also happen to know what are the other list of things they are rushing for. so i know i'm doomed for my own fault. but...
but the secret is i've got the best god ever! right when i was thinking what am i gonna do, god dropped this into my heart - "do it yourself. do a drop of blood. put the word 'forgiven' and full stop it with the cross".
it's not the award-winning design ever but it's real to everyone who'd encountered the forgiveness of the cross. it's simple. it's simply real.
suddenly, i came to be at peace. no stress over it, no fret over it. so i went to search for a drop of blood kind of picture (many gory ones came out and spoiled my breakfast appetite!!!) and came across this photo. i kinda plonk it in like how i imagined it with my minimal design skills, sent it to the pastoral staffs for opinions (didnt want to scare the kids just in case) and the response was go ahead.
so this became the cover of the mar/apr THE POINT.
i post this just want to let you know that the church's newsletter sometimes 'drop from sky'... ahahahha.... enjoy it - the issue sent from heaven.
